Russell Mathlay, the founder of Straightline Recruitment, who will also lead and operate as the Director and General Manager, established the company in 2025 after successfully leading and directing a previous recruitment company specifically focused on the transport, warehouse, and logistics industry over a 7-year period (2017 - 2024). Prior to Russell’s recruitment focus he has been leading, directing and managing for over 20 years, multiple operations associated with transport, logistics, waste and environmental infrastructure, earthworks construction, production, process manufacturing and frontline service delivery.
Knowing firsthand the demands and challenges associated with recruitment and selection and finding the candidates best suited to the employer’s needs during both high and low unemployment market conditions, Straightline’s core focus is to remove the stress and effort from your company by deploying its own expertise, simplified and straight forward recruitment processes to offer you, suitable candidates, to choose from for your operation. Allowing you and your company to focus on your core business and operations instead.
